Braden Williams grew up on the Upper East Side of New York City. He attended Collegiate School for thirteen years, and then ventured off to Bennington College in Southwestern Vermont for two years. He then returned to New York for a year, and was part of the opening kitchen team at Marta, an upscale Roman-Style Pizzaria that is a part of Union Square Hospitality Group. While at Marta, Braden realized his desire to return to college, and is now completing his degree at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. Here he is focusing on restaurant operations, and the impact of technology on restaurants. After a successful summer as a Development Intern for Parm in New York City, Braden continues to work for Parm as the Operations Assistant.
