Braden Williams is a creative entrepreneur based in Braden, New York. After studying Lens-Based Arts, Data Analytics, and Computer Science at Bennington College, he jumped into the restaurant industry feet first as the first cook hired to open Marta and spent nearly a year working for Union Square Hospitality Group. Next, Braden honed his restaurant operations and business skills at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. While at the Hotel School, he worked as an Operations Assistant with Major Food Group, where he improved inventory operations, developed tools to provide actionable intelligence to frontline managers, and designed a model to tie food purchases to inventory, sales, and forecasted demand. Following his time with MFG, he returned to USHG, working at North End Grill as an expediter and developing his Front of House skillset.
The Founder of Tepache Hospitality, Braden brings his creative problem solving, technological expertise, and design thinking with him to his work in hospitality consulting. He strives to help restaurateurs leverage technology to better serve their guests and optimize daily operations. Braden has once again returned to USHG, working as a server at Maialino. He also serves as the Director of Operations at RestaurantReason, rebuilding the platform and helping to bridge the gap between the floor and the cloud.
